The 2017/18 Committee

Online Editor and President: Connie Adams

Hello, I’m Connie and a third year History and Politics student. I am really excited to be Online Editor for Razz and can’t wait to have a wide range of exciting content throughout the year from our writers. I hope to provide regular, engaging and fun articles for you to enjoy. I love to watch and create theatre, while also having a passion for film, television and travel. I am looking forward to hearing your article ideas and will provide any writing advice you need. Feel free to email us with any queries and we will be happy to help!

Print Editor and President: Jonny McKinnell

Hello, I’m Jonny and I’ve just started my MSc in Marketing after graduating with my BA (Hons) English with Film Studies in July. My greatest inspiration in life is Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada and I hope to bring some of Miranda Priestly’s impeccable taste to Razz’s print issues this year, although perhaps with a little less of the terror! I love fashion and I hope to show off some great style this year in Razz. However, I also want to showcase the many varied interests of the students of Exeter University, so if you have something you want to write about, get in touch!

That’s all.

Deputy Online Editor: Emily Stephenson

Hi, I’m Emily and a third year English Literature student. Books are my one true love, 80’s music my second, and chocolate my third. If I don’t have a book in my hand or my editorial cap on for your articles, then I’m at my publishing internship or part time job. I’m looking forward to reading your articles, helping our members grow their writing skills, and getting my hands on some brilliant new novels that we’ll be putting out for review.

Deputy Print Editor: Helana Scott

Hello, I’m Helana and I’m a fourth year English Literature and French student. I’m so excited to be back in Exeter after my year abroad in France and to read all of the submissions from this years talented students. My hobbies are reading, writing and eating. I’m also a big fan of theatre going, travel and film, and am hoping to incorporate these interests into our print magazines.

Creative Director: Megan Stealey

Hi, I’m Megan and I’m a final year Archaeology with Forensic Science student. I have lots of hobbies including art, fashion, skiing and I love to travel. I’m super excited to be the Creative Director for Razz this year, and I’m looking forward to designing a classy, stylish magazine for you to enjoy! As well as assembling the magazine, I’m also responsible for organising the images, artwork and fashion sections. I’m always looking for students work to print, so feel free to get in touch if you’d like to be published in Razz!

Publicity Officer: Lowri Ellcock

Processed with VSCO with c1 preset

Hello, I’m Lowri – a fourth year English and French student. I just got back from my year abroad in Brussels and Paris – so please let me talk to you about french bread or Belgian chocolate! I’m a big fan of music, travel and food (although, aren’t we all) and I spend a lot of my time scrolling through Instagram or Twitter so I’m excited to get stuck in with the Razz social medias. When I’m not glued to my computer catch me in firehouse or drinking an overpriced cocktail somewhere.

Treasurer: Max Price

Hi, I’m Max. I’m a fourth year PPE student who has (been forced to) come back from a year in the sunshine in Tampa, Florida. I enjoy exploring the hidden parts of Exeter, and discovering new places to eat, drink, and meet friends. I’m the treasurer this year, so my main role is to secure advertising for the print issues – but I’m also going to be keeping a keen eye on what our contributors post; I can’t wait to see what you do!
