For all things creative writing…

On the 3rd of March the Riptide Journal are hosting a launch party (free of charge!) for Volume 7 at Exeter’s newly refurbished Royal Albert Memorial Museum – a fabulous space for readings, wine and music.

Riptide is a journal dedicated to publishing great short stories, regardless of age or reputation. Volume 7 is a Devon-themed collection, and it includes contributions from postgraduate students, alumni, academics, and even an undergraduate from the University of Exeter.

The collection also features a diverse range of stories and memoir written by those local to Devon, including a stirring contribution from 88-year-old Roland Tuson, who has lived in Exeter for over 80 years.

Almost all of the writers will be attending, making the event a must for those interested in the literary scene, or even the county as a whole!

If you would like to attend please contact the editors – editors@riptidejournal.co.uk
